Shipping costs & delivery 

All of our parcels can be tracked with a tracking code on the DHL homepage.  https://www.dhl.de Here you can always see where your order is. 

DHL specifies standard shipping as 1-3 working days (Monday-Saturday). 

If you order from us in the online shop by 11 a.m., your shipment will be sent on the same day. We hand over all orders that we receive over the weekend to DHL on the following Monday.

We send all packages with DHL. 

Germany: € 3,90 per package (Free of charge from an order value of 30 euros)  

Europe Zone 1 *: € 6,50 per package (Free of charge from an order value of 160 euros) 

Europe Zone 2 **: € 15,45 per package (Free of charge from an order value of 220 euros) 

Switzerland: € 11,95 per package (Free of charge from an order value of 170 euros) 

Rest of the world: € 35,50 per package (Free of charge from an order value of 500 euros)
